FIG General Assembly 2024

19 and 23 May 2024, Accra Ghana

The 47th FIG General Assembly will take place on:

19 and 23 May 2024 as part of the FIG Working Week 2024.

On the agenda this year is the election of two new Vice Presidents that will be elected between five candidates. FIG Council has with thanks received these five nominations through the national associations.

The agenda for the General Assembly will be sent out soon to all members and will be uploaded to the web site too. In the material it will be explained how to register to vote at the elections.

If you have not already registere for the FIG Working Week 2024, you can still do so. Your registration will give you access to the General Assembly. Member Associations in good standing are eligible to vote. We do hope to see representatives from affiliate, academic and corporate members, too.

During the three conference days there will be:

  • Director Generals Forum (for Affiliate members)
  • Academic Forum (for academic members)
  • Member Association Forum (for member associations)
  • Presidents meeting (for member associations)
  • Regional Bodies Forum
  • Corporate members meeting (for corporate members)
  • Special sessions covering the topics of the four current Task Forces
  • Commission meetings
  • Network meetings
