Proceedings of a Symposium held by FIG Commission 7, about Innovative Technology for Land Administration, held on 24 and 25 June 2005 at the University of Wisconsin, State Historical Society in Madison - Wisconsin, USA are now available as a hard copy. This symposium was organised and supported by the University of Wisconsin, Madison - USA, Cadastre, Land Registry and Mapping Agency (Kadaster) - The Netherlands, and the Institute for Geoinformation Science and Earth Observation (ITC) - The Netherlands. This meeting aimed to explore the strategic developments in technology likely to impact on the way land administration organisations would operate in the future (both at strategic and operational level).
