The 30th anniversary of the Department of Land Surveying and Geoinformatics of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University was celebrated. FIG Congratulates Hong Kong Polytechnic University. FIG President CheeHai Teo participated and also gave a talk on Engaging Tomorrow's Challenges at the Symposium on Geomatics Education and Research: Challenges and Opportunities.

The 30th anniversary of the Department of Land Surveying and Geoinformatics of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University was celebrated. FIG Congratulates Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

FIG President CheeHai Teo participated in the celebration and also gave a talk on Engaging Tomorrow's Challenges at the Symposium on Geomatics Education and Research: Challenges and Opportunities.

President Teo also had the opportunity to meet with Winnie Shiu who is Co-chair of FIG Commission 1 Working Group 1.1 on Changing Nature of Work and the Role of a Surveyor.
