Visa If you request a visa letter with your registration, your registration confirmation will be reviewed for your visa approval first. Once that approval has been cleared you will receive your confirmation email and visa letter. Last date to register and request visa letter is 23 April. After this date the conference organisers will not be able to assist in the visa process. |

Re-enter your registration information You can re-enter you registration data to amend and add items to
your registration. To do so please go to the
registration page and use the option "Already registered". |
As an added security measure some credit card transactions may present as declined until we can manually approve the charge through our Payment Processor. This approval will happen within 2-3 business days and once approved your registration record will be updated and you will receive a confirmation email. If your payment is declined, we will contact you directly for another form of payment. Please DO NOT attempt to run your card again or switch your payment type from credit card. This could contribute to possible double payment and delay timing for any refunds that need to be returned. If you have any questions, please contact FIGregistration@conferencemanagers.com.

The FIG and the local Young Surveyors Organisers have decided on a special focus of the young surveyors and to give the Young Surveyors an outstanding opportunity to participate both in the FIG Congress - with its variety of sessions - and a special Young Surveyors Conference. The Young Surveyors Conference will include a tailor made programme aimed at young professionals. More information about the Young Surveyors Conference will be published soon.
Bachelor and master students, or professionals graduated within 5 years are eligible to the reduced fee.

| Full Refund | Before February 28, 2023 (90 days or more before the starting date of the Working Week)- full refund minus administration fee of $50 USD. |
| 50% Refund | March 1 - April 29, 2023 (30-89 days before the starting date of the Working Week). |
