Welcome to the online Exhibitor Service Manual for the FIG Working Week 2017 Exhibition, 30 May - June 1 at the Messukeskus Expo. This web site is for participating exhibitors in FIG Working Week 2017. Within this site, you will find everything you need to successfully participate in this exhibition. We have lined up a team of industry professionals to make your exhibit experience a smooth process. Please take the time now to review this site carefully.

The exhibition will be held in the Wintergarden, located on the 1st floor next to the Room 101, the Plenary Hall.

The official opening of exhibtion is Tuesday at 10.30 immediately after the Opening Ceremony.
All exhibitors must keep their display open and manned during the entire show from Tuesday to Thursday.

Staff wishing to attend sessions must register as Working Week Delegate and pay the appropriate registration fee. Please refer to the registration page
Exhibitors are urged to pre-register to avoid time-consuming registration lines. Exhibitors are requested to register online by 15 May 2017.
The exhibition passes can be collected from the onsite registration area from Sunday 28 May 2017. Exhibitor registration at FIG2017 will operate on a "print-on-demand" basis. Badges will only be distributed to the persons whose names are on the badges (identification required).

Messukeskus has been contracted to install the shell scheme, they are also able to assist with stand design and has accessories for hire. They have an extensive range of additional furniture and equipment for your booth if required (tables, chairs, brochure racks, carpet squares for flooring, audio visual equipment, extension cords, pot plants, signage). Insurances: the exhibitors are in charge of own insurances.

Messukeskus staff cannot sign for your shipments. The items cannot be
stored at any other location before, during or after the event, except
for the facilities of Niemi® Messupalvelut Oy, the forwarding service
operating at Messukeskus, in which case the forwarding service staff
takes care of shipping and signing for the items. In that case, the
