The organisers of the FIG Working Week have negotiated special rates
for the participants staying at the Rome Cavalieri. The
accommodation is sponsored by CNGeGL and the special rates only apply to
participants to FIG Working Week and are available only when booking is
made by using the attached
booking form. The organisers strongly
recommend participants to stay at the Cavalieri Hotel because of traffic
during the rush hours in the morning and evening in the old city.
Limited number of rooms are available as follows -

- Deluxe double room for single use 190.00 EUR (VAT and
breakfast included)
- Deluxe double room 245.00 EUR (VAT and breakfast
included)
Note: These special rates are offered to delegates with
support from CNGeGL only for the days of the conference, so arrival 5th
of May and departure 11th of May. The normal rates are for deluxe room
for single use 275 EUR and 330 EUR for double use (incl. breakfast and
tax).
Please be informed that as of Jan 1, 2011 the City of Rome applies an
overnight accommodation tax of Euro 3.00 per person per night
(applicable to a maximum of 10 nights, excluding children under the age
of 10.). This accommodation tax is not included in the room rates.
Hotel Terms & Conditions:
- Reservations can only be made through this
Hotel reservation
form (can be filled in in Acrobat 7 or later version)
- Cancellations and/or changes should be made in writing
exclusively to the Rome Cavalieri
- At the moment of the reservation, the hotel will require a non
refundable earnest payment for the first night.
- In case of cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival, the
hotel will retain the earnest payment for the first night.
- In case of cancellation from 29 days to 8 days prior to arrival,
the hotel will charge 50% of the total reserved stay, included the
earnest payment already received.
- In case of cancellation from 7 days prior to arrival, the Hotel
will charge the full cost of the reserved stay
- From 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge any
reduction on the length of stay in full.
- Check-in: 3.00 p.m.; Check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
- All expenses will be settled directly by Client upon departure.

The Hotel Park dei Massimi Rome is a superior quality 4 star hotel

From this page you can access to Hotel Reservation Procedure.
Firstly you have to register to the web site, using the Username and
Password that you will receive by e-mail. Please keep your username and
password to make reservations for Hotel. The selection of hotel can be
done from the same login page. Then you can access the reserved area for
hotel and you can select your hotel preference. If you need help and
further information, please do not hesitate to contact:

If you want to arrive before 5 May and leave after 11 May, please
contact Triumph by email.
Cancellation policy:
The hotel will debit the cost for the first 2 nights staying. This
amount is non refundable. The balance will have to be paid at the hotel.
For cancellations received until April 14, 2012 the 2 nights deposit is
considered as penalty. After April 14, 2012 cancellations of entire
staying, reduction in the number of nights and no show will not be
eligible for a refund. Cancellations/changements must be done in writing
to booking@triumphgroup.it.
No telephone call will be accepted. Bank administration fee and
credit card fee are not refundable. The refund requests will be
processed 60 days after the end of the congress.
Full cancellation conditions can be seen in the booking form after
checking availability and before the reservation and payment (at
the end of the page Terms and Conditions/Payment and cancellations
policy).
For booking other social tours than those offered in the Working Week
registration form you can book them from the same web site by using the
same username and password.
Notice: Please note that to register to the Working Week you have
to register to FIG and to book to Rome Cavalieri hotel use the hotel
booking form and return it to Rome Cavalieri.
